Prior to your first session, please complete the New Client Forms and online intake paperwork which may be accessed once you schedule an appointment. . Due to having 100% telehealth sessions until further notice, please email completed forms via instructions given when scheduling at this site: https://laurie-hovis.clientsecure.me Please note that when requesting an appointment via the online portal, there is at least a five-day period before the appointment date in order to complete and submit all New Client Paperwork. All intake forms must be submitted 24 hours before your initial session or the session will need to be rescheduled. Thank you.
Fees & Insurance
Individual and couples rates are $160.00 and $175.00 respectively for 55-minute sessions.
I am an in-network provider for Aetna, First Choice Health, LifeWise, Premera Blue Cross, and Regence BlueShield.
I accept credit cards, checks (payable to Hovis Counseling, PLLC), and cash. For clients who are out-of-network, I am happy to provide a receipt with which you may be able to be reimbursed. Please ask your insurance company about their coverage of out-of-network providers to determine if you are covered.
